Stores can now load new or change existing policies and procedures to let customers know:
-How to pay for items (most important !!!)
-When and how the products are going to be delivered.
-If faulty, how they are going to get a refund and also how the customer can return the product.
-Warranty policy of the item.
The information supplied will give the user an added sense of security, and in turn making it easier for them to hand over their hard earned cash.

We had some good gains during May and received a lot of great feedback. From this feedback we’ve listened and have announced that we’re working on getting message boards up and running.
